Core Service Plans
AIT installs, maintains, and repairs business computer equipment and networks in the San Francisco Bay Area. Support is available for computers and servers running Windows, MacOS, and Linux. We offer three service plans: BasicCare, ProCare, and EnterpriseCare.
Services are available from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. Emergency services are available after hours at 1.5 times the standard labor rate. A surcharge will be applied to credit card payments over $500 per our Terms of Service
BasicCare
BasicCare is traditional break/fix service. It is best suited for customers in need of a one-time solution for a specific problem. There is no monthly subscription fee, and labor is billed at our standard hourly rate of $385/hour. The minimum billing per incident is 0.25 hour for remote support and 1.0 hour for on-site support.
ProCare
ProCare provides proactive maintenance of devices and services, and a discounted labor rate for incidental services. This service is optimal for small businesses needing to optimize performance and minimize the risk, cost and impact of computer problems. There is a monthly fee for ProCare, which is based on the type and number of devices covered.
Included Services – Under ProCare, the following services are performed free of charge in accordance with our Terms of Service:
- 24/7 Equipment Health and Security Monitoring
- SentinalOne AI-driven security
- Patch Management (Automatic Installation of Security Updates and Bug Fixes)
- Malware Removal
- Free Loaners for Devices Under Repair
- Administrative Updates (password resets, username changes, etc.)
Discounted Services – Any services not listed above are billed at a 65% discounted labor rate of $135/hour. The minimum billing per incident is 0.25 hour for remote support and 1.0 hour for on-site support.

EnterpriseCare
The service is optimal for larger businesses needing to optimize cost performance and minimize risk. EnterpriseCare provides proactive maintenance of devices and services, and a discounted labor rate for incidental services. There is a monthly fee for EnterpriseCare, which is primarily based on the number of employees covered.
Included Services – Under EnterpriseCare, the following services are performed free of charge for each covered device in accordance with our Terms of Service:
- 24/7 Equipment Health and Security Monitoring
- SentinalOne AI-driven security
- Patch Management (Automatic Installation of Security Updates and Bug Fixes)
- Malware Removal
- Free Loaners for Devices Under Repair
- Administrative Updates (password resets, username changes, etc.)
Discounted Services – Any services not listed above are billed at a 65% discounted labor rate of $135/hour. The minimum billing per incident is 0.25 hour for remote support and 1.0 hour for on-site support.
Included Devices – Each user subscription includes support for one each of the following for that user in accordance with our Terms of Service:
- Two computers (desktop, laptop, VM, or RDS)
- One Mobile phone
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- VoIP phone service
- Anti-Phishing Service

Security Services
SentinelOne
SentinelOne is a real-time threat defence for computers and servers. Unlike traditional antivirus software, which identifies threats based on code signatures, SentinelOne uses AI to continually monitor for suspicious behavior. This enables immediate mitigation of new and dangerous threats for which code signatures have not yet been produced (zero-day exploits). In addition, when malware is detected, SentinelOne can roll back the system to a point before the infection occurred.
SentinelOne is included with ProCare and EnterpriseCare service plans.
Anti-Phishing Service
Your employees are your perimeter and your largest attack surface.

Backup Services
AIT Backup
AIT Backup is a fully managed data backup and restore service. It consists of an on-site appliance that continuously backs up data on computers, servers, and network-attached storage (NAS) devices. Windows, Mac, and Linux devices are supported. The service is ransomware-resistant and HIPAA-compliant. Backups are stored both locally for rapid restoration and in a cloud for disaster recovery. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Four independent tests are automatically performed after each backup run to verify data integrity and completeness. Unlimited restores are included with the service.

Cove Backup
Cove™ is a secure, high-performance backup system for computers, servers, and cloud services, including Microsoft 365®. On computers running Windows, it backs up the entire system, not just the files. So a crashed, corrupted, or stolen system can be restored to new hardware without having to install and set up the software and recreate all the settings. This greatly reduces the cost of system recovery.
Cove backups are immutable, meaning that once created, they cannot be altered or deleted by malicious actors or administrators through the normal console/API for a certain period. This is a critical defense against ransomware that encrypts and destroys backup copies.
Cove is available with ProCare and EnterpriseCare service plans.
